I haven’t had mine for more than a couple of weeks so I’m out 100% certain why yours is doing that but I can tell you that there are many things that happen when I touch mine at all...... the volume is controlled, on shuts down, the video or music is paused or the channel changed. I haven’t figured out how I’m causing any of that to happen so I just leave them alone when using them and I have no problems. Everyday is a learning experience with them. I hope I was able to help somewhat but if the problem persists I’d return them if I was youanswered on 2021-01-13 00:00:00
