Hey would anyone be so kind as to explain why the right earbud doesn't work? Please help me I would rather not have to return these qualit headphones.Back to product

When I first Bluetooth connected, one bud didn't work. I deleted the connection, restarted my phone, took both buds out and tapped twice on them before searching and connecting on Bluetooth and it worked for me and haven't had any issues since. Also, and this is probably too obvious, make sure they are both fully charged...answered on 2019-12-01 00:00:00
